I work in London 2 days a week and am often away on weekends.
The house is Decent sized with two lounges a conservatory and a decent sized garden with a Hot tub
I'm 45, single, Liberal Professional -therapist/ mental health nurse.
I enjoy keep fit, a few different geeky pursuits.
I'm social don't mind the odd glass of wine or beer.
The house is newly on the market for sale but i don't envisage it selling for at least 6 months or longer as the market is not great at the moment.
