This is a superb Double room in a large, modernised/decorated house in the West Parade area of Lincoln. You will also have use of the 3rd smaller bedroom as an office space/spare room for guests if needed.

Location wise its roughly about two minutes walk to the Brayford pool area, five to ten minutes to the centre of town and five minutes from the university campus.

I am a live-in/out landlady, a professional who works in Sheffield in the week and comes home every other month.

My housemate is also a professional who is there most of the time and goes away on the odd weekend, there will just be the two of you in the house most of the time.

We are looking for another professional/PHD student to join the house. We enjoy the odd social outing on a weekend but are pretty sensible in the week. We are friendly, easy going, clean and tidy and are looking for someone similar to ourselves.

The property is non-smoking and all the bills (electricity, gas, council tax and water) are included. Wireless virgin broadband is also included and accessible through-out the house.

The room available has a light and airy feel as it benefits from lots of natural light. Furnished with a metal framed bed and mattress, large set of drawers and a wardrobe.

The property has a large lounge and adjoining dining room. TV has also been updated since the photographs. The kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom has recently been redecorated and features both a walk in shower and bath. There’s also a great garden area with a good sized lawn and decked area which is great for relaxing in during summer evenings and at weekends and is great for BBQ!

The room will be available from 30th January 2022 when the current lodger of four years moves out.
