The room is in a large period house overlooking West Common, and the street is a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. And yet it's only a 20 min walk to the centre of town, the Bail, or the University.
I'm a live in landlady, and I rent out 3 rooms. I have 3 female guests at the moment (one is moving out). It's a quiet but sociable household, and the house is big enough that we're not under each other's feet all the time.
Guests have full use of the sitting room, dining room, spacious kitchen-diner, 2 bathrooms (the top floor bathroom is just across the landing from this bedroom), and garden.
