The rent includes: Fully furnished rooms, gas, electric, water, broadband package, TV and council tax.

I live in the house too-I'm 28 (female) and work just off Weaver Road in Lincoln. Ideally I'm looking for two people of the same age (ish) who are employed, sociable, reasonably clean and tidy and non-smokers! I currently have two other female tenants.
