This is a lovely light double room (2. 85m x 5. 25m) on the top floor of a beautiful, well maintained period house overlooking West Common. It has been carpeted since this photo was taken. The house is in a quiet avenue, within walking distance of the University, the centre of town, and the Bail. I'm a live in landlady (so the house is clean and tidy!), and I rent out three rooms. The house is large, so we're not under each others feet all the time. My lodgers have use of both bathrooms, stunning kitchen diner, sitting room and dining room.
There is a lovely south facing garden with two patios to sit out in when the weather is nice, or have barbecues. It is a quiet, but sociable household, and I'm looking for someone who's going to fit in with that. I also have a medium sized dog who is very friendly and affectionate.
