Housemate Wanted :-)

Looking to rent out my spare room.

The entire house has just been newly refurbished to a really high standard. Rent includes council tax and TV licence. Other bills will be on top.

The room is big enough for a double bed but comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. If you wanted to change the bed to a double that would be fine.
Room dimentions: 2. 16m x 3. 7m

I'm looking for a female, employed, preferably of a similar age n non smoker.

It's no pets i'm afraid as I have a little kitten already. So therefore housemate can't have a cat allergy. She is incredibly friendly.
