Double Room to rent in a Friendly House Share

Me and my friend Lauren are looking for someone to share our three bed-roomed house with. Lauren is almost 23, and works for Siemens, and I'm Ollie, almost 27 and work full-time in a Special Needs School.

Looking for someone friendly and tidy. We're quite social and enjoy going out, and sometimes have barbecues when the weather suits. A new house mate would be more than welcome to join us!

We have a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a paved and enclosed back garden (which currently houses a bunny!) with a sort of storage shed. The bedroom for rent is downstairs, and has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a free-standing wardrobe.

Rent would be £158. 34 a month, which doesn't include bills, those will probably be about £94 a month which covers Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Broadband! We currently let through an agent (but there are no application fees!), and you would have to be included on the contract!
