The house is a new 3 storey townhouse off long leys road in Lincoln. The ground floor has a living room, fully fitted kitchen and toilet. The middle floor has 2 double bedrooms (of which one is available) and a bathroom, therefore you will only be sharing with one other person. The top floor has a double bedroom with ensuite (currently let). £200 deposit is required. All rates include gas, water, electric, council tax, broadband and service charge.
