Friendly, responsible, proffesional household needs a fourth to share our lovely home. The room available is on the 2nd floor and has a large built in wardrobe. We are in a quiet residential area, close to the town centre, hospital and university and there is easy access to the A46. The room is fully furnished. We have a large, well equipped kitchen/diner. There is plenty of parking and we are in a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic. There is also a nice garden, and broadband is included in the rent.. We are also sympathetic to shift workers. This is clean and tidy house and we have a 'Leave it as you found it' policy to keep it that way. If finding the deposit in one go might be problematic, we can come to an arrangement.
