Great house in uphill Lincoln

Hi,

I am a 28 year old professional, looking for a housemate to fill a spare room in my house.

The house is in a great location in Uphill Lincoln- right next to the castle. It is easy walking distance from the city centre and uni.

Due to the location next to the castle we don't have allocated parking, but parking is possible on nearby streets if you are happy to.

It is my house but my partner is around most of the time too. We are a very laid back couple (no arguments!) and have been together 10 years so I think we're quite easy to live with. I also have a super friendly house rabbit. Although my room is self-contained in the basement and I try to keep her in there, I can't deny that her fur seems to travel so my house wouldn't be suitable for someone with allergies or who doesn't like animals.

I have said no pets because of already having my rabbit, but I would consider small pets (definitely no cats, dogs or other rabbits though).

I will happily consider short term lets.

I am looking for someone who is just generally clean and tidy to share with and who is friendly and respectful of living with others. This is my home, not just a house share so I want to keep it nice and homely for everyone.
