Hi, we have a single room available for a working professional situated less then 2 minutes walk from Lincoln Hospital.

All bills are included (Electric, Water, TV License, fiber optic Broadband and Council Tax).

The house and room are furnished with all the usual amenities (Fridge Freezer, Washer, Dryer).

The garden is very spacious and will be great in the summer. There is road side parking outside the front of the house and a rear drive way off Greetwell Road.

We aren't clean freaks but do ask you keep the house tidy.

I work 9-5 Monday-Friday so would prefer evening/weekend viewings. If you would like to view the room don't hesitate to contact me via spareroom or direct to my phone.
