Communal kitchen including microwave, kettle, large fridge freezer, Communal cutlery/plates/pans/etc. Communal bathroom including electric shower, bath, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Communal garden to rear with outdoor seating and table, clothes line and a shed for bike storage. Communal living room with HD TV with freeview (including paid for tv license), Sky fibre-optic WIFI. Other bits included for communal use: washing machine, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dust pan and brush etc.
The property will also be serviced frequently by a cleaner and gardener which is included in the rent.
Though we hope it will never need to be used, we have also gone a step further in terms of safety. Fire doors and interlinked smoke detectors are fitted throughout the house and also a heat detector in the kitchen and a carbon monoxide detector in the utility. We have also had an escape window fitted in one of the upstairs bedrooms which overlooks the kitchen for that added peace of mind.
The property itself is located down a quiet cul-de-sac with a Chinese, Pizza house, chip shop, bus stops and a number of other amenities within easy walking distance. On road parking is also available.
