No Deposit Needed, Centre of Town

We have a free room in our house. It's a four bedroom house in the centre of town close to everything and within five minutes of the university campus.

We are two university students turning 22 this year and a 25 year old full time professional.

The £350. 00 Deposit for the spare room is already paid by us, and the tenancy starts 1st September 2014.

The house is a good 4 bed room house with two big bathrooms which include showers, and each room has a large 3/4 bed, big desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The whole house has internet and a full TV licences.

The living room and kitchen are a good size, the living room is fully furnished.
