We are looking for a housemate to share our home in the quiet area of West End. The house is set over three floors, the room for rent is located on the ground floor. The spacious open plan living room and kitchen is set on the third floor, overlooking the Common.
The location of the house is ideal for professionals working within the city; less than a ten minute walk to the city centre.
On street parking available with permit (£50 per year).
We are looking for a professional female, sociable and tidy and must like cats (we have two). :)
