Great flat in the heart of Lincoln

Room available in a lovely apartment with an amazing location, just a few steps from town and uphill.
The room available is a large double with plenty of storage space. There is also a shared sitting room, kitchen with large dining table, roof terrace and shared bathroom.

Work keeps me pretty busy so I'm often not back until later in the evening. My company works internationally so I'm sometimes away for a couple of weeks at a time. When I am home I'm pretty relaxed and enjoy cooking, socialising with friends and go to the gym several evenings a week.

Looking for an easy-going, independent and friendly professional or post-grad student to sublet for an initial 6 month tenancy.
