Welcome to my Home ...

I am 38 and looking for a lodger to join me in my home along with my cat Cleo.

Because I live here, the quality of the house is of a high standard. Also with there only ever being 2 people living here, there's no waiting for the kitchen/wash machine/bathroom etc. to become available.!
I've have had 5 lodgers so far and am still in touch with each of them.
I am easy-going and easy to live with.

The room is a single room with a bed, bedside table and a large built in wardrobe.
All other rooms are shared.

The house is open plan downstairs with the kitchen, dining room and living room with a bay window and patio doors leading out into the rear garden.
The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs.
The property has ample off-street parking and gardens to the front and rear.

I live in the north of Lincoln in the popular Glebe Park estate with quick access to the bypass, a variety of local shops, supermarkets etc and a gym which is a two minute drive away.
