This is a lovely 5 bedroom house, shared with 4 female second year students, aged between 19 and 20. They are all incredibly tidy so the house is always clean.

The house is a ten minute walk from the University and from town.

Bills are included in the price so the house is always lovely and warm.

The kitchen was refurbished over the summer and includes a lot of counter space, and there are two fridges and two freezers and a lot of cupboard storage space. The kitchen also includes a washing machine. There is a separate, spacious dining area including two tables.

The lounge is incredibly spacious and includes two large sofas and a 32 inch TV. The house comes with a TV license.

There are two bathrooms which include two showers. There is also a large garden.
It is not a particularly noisy area, unlike a lot of student areas.

The bedroom available includes a double bed, a desk & chair, and a cupboard and chest of drawers for storage.

The other people living in this house are all incredibly lovely and great fun to be around. They are also very considerate regarding noise.
