Large Double Room Available

Hi

I have a large unfurnished double room available in my two bed property which is located in Branston just 5 minutes outside of Lincoln.

It is recently fully refurbished and decorated to a high standard with new kitchen and bathroom therefore I am looking for a respectful tidy and clean house mate.

I am a 23yo professional and my job requires me to work away from home so I am often only around at weekends and holidays.

The house itself is full of charm and would suit anyone working in and around the local area or the city and for someone who prefers a quieter area.

I am very out going and friendly person and have always lived in shared accommodation. I am very active and enjoy keeping fit as well as enjoying a good take away or a night out. I am hoping to find someone from a professional background who will enjoy and look after the house as much as I do.

Currently I am unsure of utility bills as I haven't actually lived in the property but would be able to come to an agreement with the right person to either pay them separately or inclusive of the monthly amount.

The room should be ready from the 1st December!
