A good sized fully furnished single room to rent which overlooks the gardens of the west end of Lincoln and is exceptionally quiet for a centrally located property. The room is fully furnished, freshly decorated to a high standard and all ready to move into. This is a friendly and welcoming home. The house is fully centrally heated throughout, always warm and there is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a nespresso machine. A lovely new bathroom was installed last year. There is on street parking if you have a car. We have super fast broadband too.

The house is located in a very safe area of the city, within a ten minute walk of the Town Centre and University and five minute walk to uphill Lincoln. A two minute walk will find you on the West Common where you have access to a vast green open space. The small enclosed garden has wisteria, grapevines and outdoor seating which is a real sun trap in the summer.
