2 Rooms In Affordable 3-Story House By Castle

I'm a 24 year old graduate living in the uphill area of Lincoln, and currently working as a barista and social media marketer for Stokes Coffee.

Due to my housemates leaving our 3 bedroom property, I am in urgent need of having the rooms filled. The house is very spacious with 2 reception rooms, and located on Union road opposite The Lawn, right by the back entrance to Lincoln Castle. Very nice and very convenient.

I also write and record my own music, but I'm always considerate of other housemates in terms of noise. Cleanliness and tidiness is essential, especially in communal areas, but aside from that I'm very relaxed about most things! I spend a lot of time either out of the house or working in my room, so very easy to live with.
