House is in Bracebridge heath, good access to Lincoln, and regular buses. Shops, hairdressers, take aways and pubs nearby.

The room is quite large. It has a double bed (storage underneath), wardrobe, cupboard, bookshelf and 2 bed side cabinets. Large kitchen, and cupboard space. Only one bathroom. Conservatory (used as dining room). Garden with decking. Parking at the front. Large living room.

I am a professional and work during the day, I will be in some evenings (probably working). I go climbing a few times a week. To chill I like to watch TV shows and films (Netflix and Now TV are provided) or play xbox.

I would prefer to have somebody with similar interests so that we have things to talk about and maybe on the odd occasion have a trip to the local.

I will happily have smokers, however you will need to smoke outside.
