Need a house mate for 3months ONLY!

Due to a house mate leaving we are looking for someone or anyone that needs some where to stay for no longer then 3 months as our tenancy agreement finishes on the 31th July 15. We have happy to take people who just need the house for a month.

The house had two bathrooms one with a bath, and are at a good size. Kitchen is small but not too small you cant do anything in it. The living room is a good size with a full dinning table and chairs

The room available is a normal size room with a 3/4 bed with large desk, chest of draw and wardrobe. Full wifi and bills included and NO DEPOSIT

There are 3 of us living in the house right now, two are uni of lincoln students with one also working full time and one who is a teacher so is out the house in the day all week. Most of the time the house is pretty quiet we don't party to much.
