House on quiet cul-de-sac off Bailgate, just past Roman arch.- Available from DECEMBER.

I am happy to rent out whole house to a couple. Pets by agreement - I am pet positive

Accommodation comprises:
• Sitting Room with multi-fuel stove .
• Kitchen/Diner (Range cooker, Fridge/freezer).
• Utility Room (washing machine and downstairs loo and hand basin).
• Upstairs bathroom (bath and shower).
• Garden (trees, shrubs and paving).
• Private side entrance.
• Resident's parking available.
• New central boiler.
• Wifi available.

I will be living away from the property, so you will have the whole house to yourself.

Bedrooms are 1 x double with a new double bed (Cathedral bells and partial view of towers) or double with a super king size bed. Either furnished or unfurnished.

Area is quiet, very close to Castle and Cathedral without the "through traffic!".

Rent can either include bills or we can negotiate lower rent and you pay electricity/gas/broadband (not Council tax :) )
