I have a nicely laid out and spacious double room for rent as part of a detached house share in Doddington Park area of Lincoln.

The LN6 0FT postcode is well sought after with closely shops and a very spacious layout. It is peaceful, secure and very accessible by public transport.

The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 rooms ensuite. There is only one other occupant who works full time and the other rooms are left for the landlords periodic use whenever he visits. The lounge is spacious with kitchen and an extra toilet downstairs.

The bills are exclusive of council tax and non-utility bills; these costs are borne by the occupants who bear the responsibility for their council tax.

Ideally looking for tenant who is very tidy, social and well-behaved. Cleanliness is a top priority for the landlord and is a major part of any tenancy agreement. Landlord will preferably rent to a female but is happy to consider other genders where appropriate.
