Double room with private bathroom for rent

Looking for a student or professional, male, female or couple between the ages of 25 - 40. The property is currently unoccupied. The room I am renting is a double room with ensuite in the town area of Lincoln. The room comes with double fitted wardrobe and tv, there is also a family bathroom in the property. All bills are included in the monthly rent but there is no broadband. The house has a fitted kitchen, dining room, living room and back courtyard. I am currently looking to rent on a month by month basis.
