Practically next door to the hospital (closer than the car parks!), renting to HOSPITAL STAFF ONLY. Off road parking available for 2 cars. There is a garage, secure locked space, but only suitable for storage or bikes. Nice garden with regular maintenance already arranged. Currently two tenants, professional and friendly. Looking for like minded tenants who understand the stresses of shift working, clean and tidy, fair in sharing responsibility, for a relaxed and comfortable place to live.
