Located just off west parade, this Victoria town house has been extensively renovated to bring it to its modern form. Downstairs there is the sitting room, a cellar, a large kitchen and dining area leading onto a utility room including a washing machine & second fridge and a second shower room and toilet. Outside there is a large patio leading onto the lawn and a secure shed. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a recently refurbished shower and a separate toilet room. We are all busy young professionals who enjoy being out and about, but appreciate relaxing weekends. Beaumont fee is close to all amenities with the base of the Strait a very short walk away and therefore very convenient for anyone working in the city centre, or for those who just enjoy being close to the hub of town. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets and would require a reference. Also note this advert is for a non-smoker, this is particularly vital.
