Double rooms to let near Hospital

Hi,

I have two double rooms to let near the Hospital, with easy access to the city and A46.

The rooms are fully furnished and we have all common amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We can discuss any specific furnishing requirements.

One room is en-suite and the other has almost exclusive access to the main bathroom.

I am a live in landlord and work in London. So I will be away for most of the week.

We have a cleaner who cleans the entire house every fortnight. I am looking for someone who is generally clean and tidies after them.

All bills inclusive.
