Friendly house for 4

Hey there! We have a spacious house, pretty much in the heart of town (5 min. walk from the train station, 10 min. walk from the cathedral) and is located just across the police station - you can't get any safer than that! The rent is pretty cheap at  £200 per month + bills around  £130 CT, Gas+elec, Internet, TV licence, water but can decide on an all inclusive price for simplicity.

We have two bathrooms a garden all set and ready to go for BBQs. Kim, her partner and I are both professionals - so we're looking for another professional.

There's three of us and we are only looking for one person to move in even though the house is four bedrooms (you have a choice of two bedrooms).

We'd like a friendly, clean and considerate housemate. We're all fairly active and outgoing, we like doing communal things together such as cooking meals, or watching films but also have our own hobbies.
