Park Court - Private Hall Room - Flat 59, Room 4

I am no longer attending Lincoln University so need someone to take over my room. I'm not sure who's staying in the flat but it will be second/third years only as first years aren't allowed to book these rooms.

The room is a 10min walk from campus and a 5min walk from town. All bills are included, so water, heating, gas and wifi.
