Single room in Louth

The room available is south facing and there is a bathroom adjacent, though not en suite. The house is in a small terrace, and has a large kitchen and two living rooms, and laundry facilities, wifi broadband, etc. Furniture can be changed around to suit individual needs. There is off road parking.

There are two good-natured cats in the house. I am a retired Homeopathic practitioner. I speak four languages.

I would also consider a Monday to Friday let, and rent can be adjusted accordingly. The room would best suit a quiet professional man or woman. The house is within less than 10 minutes walk from all the central amenities of Louth - market place, theatre, supermarket, cinema, even the hospital!
