Very clean, well maintained and refurbished to a high standard. This is a respectful and professional household with relaxed, part time, live in landlord.

We can do a long or short let.
Own bedding is required.

Rent includes own furnished room with double bed and wardrobe and use of the rest of the house, comprising of large kitchen with dining island, large garden room/diner, large power shower, bathroom, front and rear gardens with off road parking. Plenty of space to relax or cook up a feast.

Positioned in a quiet area with a pub just 5 doors down for a quick evening meal or take away.

International travellers welcome but own car is essential as public transport is not reliable.

All utility bills included in the rent.
