Annexe Studio

In Mablethorpe two roads back from the beach, detatched main house and Annexe.

Available for will be the Annexe. Free internet, gas, water, parking and use of the garden. The Annexe is more studio based, if you are moving between homes, find yourself at a bit of a loose end - these things can happen I have had it.

I have a dog who wants to be the only dog in the house. Loves people though.

There is a garage mainly for storage. Off street parking in the Summer.

Own washing machine, shower, toilet, kitchen facilities. All bills covered except electric which is a pay meter. I can furnish it with the main bits or you can bring your own stuff. I'm very relaxed. Come and go as you please, very private. Feel free to ask any questions.
