This house is in a beautiful rural location in Lincolnshire, close to Mare-Le-Fen village. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 15 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly gentleman, aged 87. He is very environmentally aware and loves woodwork and sports cars.

He is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in his home, plus someone who can help him with preparing and sharing an evening meal, plus some small chores in the home.

The ideal sharer will need to be a DRIVER, WORKING FROM HOME who enjoys cooking, chatting and taking walks together. They can be working full time or part time, but should have some time available during their week to offer some household support.

The Householder is an incredibly friendly, chatty and warm gentleman who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, he feels a little lonely and isolated.

The property is a very well maintained house in a stunning rural central location. The sharer has a single sized room with lots of storage space. There is also an adjoining room which can be used as a work space. A private bathroom with shower and toilet is included. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including kitchen and lounge/dining room. The house has a well kept large garden.
