I have a 3000 sq ft house and live alone. I am one mile from a village so own transport ESSENTIAL. Parking for several cars.

Location is about ten minutes from Spalding and Holbeach - about 30 minutes North of Peterborough.

I have my own room with en suite. Lodger would have use of large family bathroom with walk in corner shower and jacuzzi bath - there will never be more than two lodgers.

Single occupancy only - not suitable for couples or families.

One bedroom is let and the other is available as long term lodger is moving out - has double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, corner computer desk, drawers, chair, mirror etc. View over open farmland. Bed linen supplied.

Previous lodgers have been male
and female and a variety of ages from 24 to 54 and this worked well.

Large modern kitchen and dining area with lots of storage in kitchen, utility room and attached double garage. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, toaster etc.

Heating, light, hot water, etc all included.

Main lounge shared with owner, with Sky/ESPN/BT Sport.

Two additional downstairs rooms can also be used as lounges if privacy required.

Lodgers will be subject to usual credit checks and employment/personal references as deemed necessary.
