The room is twin windowed, has a new double bed, 1 bedside unit, 2 large wardrobes with drawers, scatter rugs and chair. The room is away from the centre of the house and private. The room is fully decorated. The house has a huge kitchen/day room, with washing machine & tumble available and garden that will be shared, along with a good size lounge and study. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property. Sky sports is available.

The rent would be adjusted for a couple residing accordingly.

You must like dogs as we have 2 which are very friendly.
Parking is on road outside front of the property, currently. The village is half way between Spalding and Holbeach.

Would suit a professional person/couple who has own transport as the nearest bus stop is 2 miles away.
