Bedroom in a modern new build house

I am looking for a lodger for my spare room, this is my first time trying this and so would prefer short term initially.

The bedroom has some storage which can be made available if required.

There is a bathroom which will be shared with me, with toilet, wash hand basin and bath with shower over.

Use of the lounge and kitchen will be shared with me. I have a garden and off road parking.

Navenby is a pretty village with good transport links to Lincoln and Grantham and a range of shops, restaurants and other amenities within a 10 minute walk of the house.

I work in Lincoln as a professional and am out many weekday evenings with other commitments often not arriving home until late (10pm ish).

Preferred house mate would work typical hours and be willing to vacate the house occasionally if required. Tidy, respectful and trustworthy. Shared interests would be nice but also someone who respects privacy. Reference required and in person viewing also required.
