Double Room in cottage Nettleham, Lincoln

I have a small double room to let in my two bedroomed cottage which is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Broadband, Sky TV and all bills are included. Lovely garden with nice spots to sit read, enjoy a glass or two of wine or just chill. Log fire in winter months.

My property is located in the picturesque village of Nettleham and sits almost on the village green. There are three friendly pubs, a couple of restaurants and a row of shops all within a stones throw.

It's a ten minute drive/taxi into the very scenic Lincoln Cathedral uphill area.

Ideally, I am looking to rent the room during the week only and so the room would suit someone who works in or around Lincoln during the week but who needs to be home for the weekends.
