Modern 4 bed detached - furnished double room

I'm considering renting out a room in my 4 bed house if I meet the ideal tenant.

The house is a detached 4 bedroom property in North Hykeham. It consists of a large kitchen-diner with an island, downstairs bathroom, spacious lounge with multiple sofas, a main bathroom (which I hardly ever use - so it would be yours alone), my master bedroom, a spacious double bedroom (for you) with a built in wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, desk and black-out blinds. The house also has another 'chill room' upstairs with a sofa bed in, which I sometimes use for gaming and for friends to stay over in (once a month).

I'm looking for a professional housemate who is very clean and considerate. Everything in the house has been decorated to a high standard and belongs to me so you must be courteous with my things. Ideally you would be someone who works in or around Lincoln in an office. If you must work at home then I'd have to consider upping the rent to cover additional electricity, etc.

I'm looking for someone to fill the space for 6 months, but will consider longer if all works out and circumstances don't change.

If you have a partner in Lincoln then I wouldn't mind them coming over once every other weekend, for example.

Gas, electric, 400mbs broadband and water bills are included.
