Double room available

I have 2 double rooms available in a 3 bed detached house close to Lincoln city centre. I am a live in landlord who works away from home during the week so the place is empty. There is shared kitchen, living and bathroom space but as I mentioned I’m only around on weekends and not in the house much. I plan to sell the house and relocate for work so this is not likely to be a long term arrangement but might suit someone looking to buy some time during moving themselves
