We are seeking a professionally employed person, over 21, to share with two existing female residents, in a quiet, mature household. The current residents have stated a preference for a female housemate.

The house is spacious and stylish, with each bedroom having its own private en-suite.

The available room is equipped with a double bed, built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelving, and adjacent private bathroom with shower, bath, w/c and wash basin.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with built-in cupboards and work surfaces, and has a table and chairs. There are fridges, freezer, a gas hob with electric oven, microwave oven, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery, and various cooking utensils.

The living room is furnished with sofas, coffee tables and a modern gas fire.

Wireless broadband is available throughout the house, and each room has a TV aerial socket. The house is centrally heated and double glazed.

Private parking is located at the front of the house. The enclosed rear garden is given over to a south-facing lawn, and shrubs. The gardens are maintained by the landlords.

The monthly rent of £460 includes all bills: Council Tax, Internet, TV licence, water, gas and electricity.

House rules include:

Participation in a cleaning rota
