Double bedroom available recently decorated, close to Asda/The Forum, 5 mins walk to The Centurian.
On the main bus route and has parking on the front. Large grassed area to the rear, catches sun most of the day.

Free Wi-Fi, BT Broadband on main tele, (bedroom has an aireal lead) calls after 19. 00.

Ideally looking for Mon to Fri person, working or student wishing to go home at weekends.

Must be clean and tidy and do own cooking, washing & cleaning of room although having a cleaner may be an option but at extra cost. My house is lived in !!! and is currently having conservatory self built !!

I'm a professional male (not knackered yet !) working nights so the person would be responsible whilst I'm working !
