We will be moving in to our new home in late summer and have a large room available to rent as early as September.

We have a large double room available to rent from our new build house next to Hykeham station. You will have a large fully furnished room and sole use of the family bathroom. A parking space in the front of the house is available if required.

All bills are included in the rent inc. fast internet, TV licence (tv port in the room) and cleaner in all communal areas (inc kitchen and living room)

The ideal lodger should be a young professional but we will consider mature/ PG students. We are a sociable couple and work full time so also enjoy our space.

You should be ok with a friendly indoor/ outdoor cat.
