Hello, my name is Carl i have 2 large double rooms to rent. Furmished with bed and wardrobe. rest of the house is furnished . Two toilets , bath and shower. the house is fairly spacious. Large kitchen diner , utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Large front garden with off street parking. Large conservatory and large sunny rear garden.
Double garage and car port.
I share the house with 2 pet cats. mother and son, and some pet fish.
We are all very friendly and easy going and i work as a hgv driver working usally 8am-4pm.
Lovely rural location between Newark and Lincoln with a great village pub just a short walk away. You will need your own transport as buses are few and far.
