Double furnished room in a 3 bed house, room comes furnished with a triple wardrobe, draws, double bed and bedside, it has recently been re decorated so nice and fresh.

There is a washing machine which you can use, dishwasher, I can provide bedding if you wish.
All bills inclusive including Broadband. Parking on Driveway, shed available for storage of bike. Talk Talk Tv in the living room, tv aerial socket in the bedroom also if you wish to plug in a freeview box.
I also have an office which I am happy to share if you need desk space. It is at Old Leake which is a village about a 10 minute drive from Boston centre also 30 minute drive to Skegness.

I am a live in Landlord, work full time. I have 3 cats and a dog which are no problem. I have a large garden, which is in a quiet location.
