There is a utility room with tumble dryer, separate washing machine, and a recently refurbished bathroom.
Large living dining area with huge log burner that feeds a back boiler. You would need to provide your own logs. Log store at back of the house.
Additional heating is provided by oil filled plug-in radiators.
Broadband is installed and by agreement, access to various internet TV packages.
Sofas seat 5 people, the dining table will seat 8-10.
Bedrooms are both double.
Room 1 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It would easily fit a sofa and desk in should you wish to be more self contained or work from home. Views across open fields to the front of the house.
Bedroom 2 is a small double with a fitted wardrobe and double bed. View across the gardens at the rear.
We live next door and are available for help should you need it.
It's a quiet road and as such we are looking for nice quiet and respectful lodgers who will look after the house and behave with consideration for others. Our current lodger has just moved out due to buying a house.
