Quiet Studio Apartment in centre of village

This quiet studio apartment is an annex of the house. It is in the centre of the village, close to all amenities and near the businesses in Pinchbeck/Spalding.

It is a large room but preferable for a single person. It has a small double bed, bedside table, TV table, easy chair with coffee table, dining table with two chairs. The small galley kitchen is equipped with microwave, two hobs, kettle, toaster, fridge, etc. There is a shower, hand basin and toilet. The apartment has a separate external access and benefits from being all inclusive. Washing machine facilities and oven are available. Outside the entrance door is a sitting area and garden.

Car parking is outside the apartment. We are looking for a person who is working and will enjoy being in a quiet location. Please contact me for more information.
