Double Room To Rent

Double room to rent within a 3 bedroom detached house, with use of entire house included. All amenities included, WiFi, Washing machine, kitchen etc. Pretty much sole use of the master bathroom. House located in a quiet part of Ruskington, close to local amenities. The room in question is the room with bunk beds in the picture ( bunk beds removed now ) double bed provided.
Looking for someone for a minimum of around 6 months, who is clean, tidy and respectful of my home. I work long hours so the house is empty most of the day. I have a black lab called Willow who is the friendliest dog you will ever meet, so must like dogs!
Other than that I’m easy going, no deposit, just first weeks rent up front.
