The house is a very good quality (took me by suprise) new build with a spacious garden and space for 3x cars.
House is in ruskington, about 10 mins from Sleaford and 25 from Lincoln. It is a quiet area with 2 pubs, gym, 2 shops and a market in walking distance also.
Im Semi-live in, so you'll have the space to yourself during the week and some weekends. Please feel free to make the space your own if you are staying for a while.
Council tax band is B and bills are included (can negotiate if you would like to split).
