Double room with private living room near Lincoln

I have a good sized furnished double room in a period cottage in a semi-rural location in Saxilby village. It comes with sole private use of a furnished living room and off-street parking.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with myself, however I am away a lot of the time.
I also have a dog (working cocker spaniel) called Frank, he is only there when I'm at home.

This room would suit someone that prefers to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
However it is within easy walking distance of Saxilby train station which is one stop from Lincoln (£3.90 return).
Also only a 15 minute walk to various local pubs and shops.

Regretfully the bedroom is unsuitable for people with limited mobility because it is accessed by a spiral staircase.

Rent is £125 per week to include all bills.
